Dumani Sibeko

Dumani is an Executive Director and CEO of Ownership Solutions Administration Services. He obtained a MSc in Industrial Relations from Sterling University in Scotland; BA Degree in Business Administration and Sociology from the University of Swaziland; and participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Gordan Institute of Business Science. He also has a diploma in Media Management from Stellenbosch University and a Diploma in Labour law from UNISA.

Prior to starting Ownership Solutions, Dumani was Managing Director of Morning Tide Investments, a Management Consultancy that specilises in Enterprise Development with a special emphasis on good corporate governance, transformation and diversity management, management skills and development training and team motivation. Prior to this Dumani has over the last twenty years held a number of Senior Management positions at ERGO, Gillet (in South Africa and Canada), Reebok, Multichoice and Smollen Group. He also holds a number of Non-Executive Directorships where he is responsible for Diversity Management and Employee Trust oversite.

Dumani is a member of the institute of Directors. He is a founder member and past Chairperson of the East Rand Branch of the Black Management Forum.
